Thank you for choosing our instruments. We are committed to delivering your violin safely and efficiently to your doorstep.Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Professional Preparation & Processing
To ensure your instrument arrives in optimal playing condition, every violin undergoes a rigorous inspection and professional setup by our luthiers before dispatch.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Professional Packaging: We use specialized, multi-layer shockproof packaging. Strings are slightly loosened (detensioned) to prevent structural damage during air pressure changes.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We partner with world-class couriers (UPS, DHL, and FedEx) to ensure fast and secure global transit.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)
Important Notice: All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Customer Responsibility: The price and shipping fee do not include any local taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs brokerage fees. The recipient is solely responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

South America (Brazil, Argentina, etc.): Customs regulations are extremely strict. You MUST provide your Tax ID (e.g., CPF/CNPJ for Brazil, CUIT for Argentina) during checkout. Failure to provide a valid Tax ID will result in shipping delays or the package being returned.
5. Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse to sign for the package due to unexpected import duties/taxes:

The original shipping fee and the return shipping costs (often 2-3x the original fee) will be deducted from your refund.

If the return costs exceed the value of the instrument, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
6. Full Insurance & Shipping Protection
For your peace of mind, every shipment is 100% fully insured against loss or catastrophic damage during transit. We take full responsibility for the instrument until it is successfully delivered to you.
7. Inspection Upon Arrival
Violins are sensitive to environmental changes. We recommend:

Allowing the unopened package to acclimatize to room temperature for 3-5 hours before opening.

Damaged Goods: If the instrument is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the damage, and contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery to file an insurance claim.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.
