✅ 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened)
If you order the wrong gauge or simply change your mind, you can return the strings within 30 days of delivery for a refund (return shipping cost will be deducted).
Strict Condition: Because strings are highly sensitive, items must be returned unopened, uncoiled, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on strings that have been installed or played.
✅ Defective String Replacement
Strings are put under extreme tension and are subject to normal wear and tear. However, if a string unravels at the ball-end or snaps during your initial installation due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send us a clear photo of the broken string. Our studio team will review it, and if it is a verifiable factory defect, we will send you a replacement string free of charge.
Please Note: Breakage occurring over the bridge or the nut due to sharp edges on the instrument, or snapping due to over-tuning, is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
